If you have any complaints or concerns regarding the therapy you are receiving, then we invite you to discuss these concerns with your therapist.
If any issue is not resolved to your satisfaction you may wish to take this further, then support is available ASLTIP and HCPC.
All costs are to be paid to us directly. We will then provide you with the necessary receipts to submit to your insurance company.
We require payment after each session, unless agreed otherwise.
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend an appointment may be charged at the full rate.
Rose Speech Therapy is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in accordance with information governance and data protection legislation.
Your personal information will be stored in a locked filing cabinet and will be kept confidential.
Any details you disclose to us while receiving therapy will stay confidential, unless you or others were considered to be at serious risk.
Your records will not be destroyed for a full seven years after your discharge.
You can make a written request to see the information we hold about you at any time. However, to do this will incur an administrative charge.
